From the General Secretary
Dear Members and Friends,
It is with great happiness that I share a few words on behalf of the Malayalee Association Greater Noida (MAGNa). Over the past three years, MAGNa has grown from a small initiative into a strong and dynamic community that brings together Malayalees of Greater Noida West under one platform.
Our journey began in 2022 with the first Onam celebration, which set the tone for what MAGNa stands for — unity, culture, and togetherness. Since then, we have celebrated festivals with joy, conducted cultural programs that showcase the rich heritage of Kerala, and extended our service to society through initiatives like Feeding the Hungry, educational support for students, and charity projects that touched many lives.
Each year has been a story of progress. From launching our Malayalam Study Centre to organizing sports events, from publishing our first souvenir to honoring achievers in our community, MAGNa has strived to balance cultural preservation with social responsibility. Our Onam 2024 Kudumba Sangamam, attended by eminent personalities and over a hundred families, stands as a milestone in our collective journey.
Today, with 166 registered members, MAGNa has established itself as one of the most vibrant associations in this region. This growth has been possible only because of the active participation of our members, the dedication of our volunteers, and the support of our well-wishers.
As General Secretary, I see MAGNa not just as an association, but as a family that celebrates culture, shares responsibilities, and cares for each other. Looking ahead, we will continue to strengthen our community ties, promote Malayalam language and traditions, and expand our outreach through more cultural, educational, and charitable initiatives.
On behalf of the Executive Committee, I sincerely thank each member for your trust, participation, and encouragement. Together, let us carry forward the spirit of unity, compassion, and pride that defines MAGNa.
